Very good location

Rooms rather tired

Great location just outside the walls of the old city. Easy walk in to the new town. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The superior twin room was spacious. Extremely clean. On site parking. The breakfast was good and plentiful drinking water available from fountain downstairs. We ate there on first night as we arrived late which was fine. I wish we had known that there were other restaurants within walking distance other than those in the old city. A recommendation is La Table De Marie 51 Rue de Pont Vieux which was excellent and better than those in old city. 16 min walk from hotel. We had our car and drove to several hill villages. We particularly recommend Rennes De Chateau for fabulous views and an interesting story. It is where Dan Brown based his book The Da Vinci Code in a

Nothing really. The only small thing to mention was the bath was a bit slippery when taking a shower.

Location 5 minutes walk to Carcassonne Cité, excellent staff, nice reception and bar area, quiet attractive garden to have a drink, very good inexpensive restaurant.

The staff struggled to keep up with demand for breakfast items and the buffet area was really too small for the number of hotel guests.

Location and aircon

Gym is a disaster. Breakfast buffet was very poor. Limited parking.
