The staffs are very helpful and kind. I had a great time staying at the yard

The hotel is beautiful and very atmospheric! Staff was wonderful! Rooms were lovely! A few issues for us were that that the tub is very deep which makes it difficult for older or short people to climb in. Although the hotel was beautiful the exits need to be better marked. If there was a fire it would be very difficult to exit the hotel safely.

The property is beautiful and is right in the old city. The room was good size and had a large bathroom. We had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The pool area was especially nice. It was a little confusing for us to figure out exactly where to go to be transferred to the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Some of the carpets are showing their age and could us an upgrade. We would certainly stay there again.
