Wonderful hotel with a magical atmosphere!
The location is perfect, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. The spa area offers pure relaxation, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. What makes this place truly special is its enchanting atmosphere that makes you want to return.
Highly recommended!
The corridors and facades feel a bit outdated, but this did not spoil our overall impression.

Excellent location
Our room stank of smoke. We asked to move to another one and were greeted by a firm “non”. We were told they would remedy the problem and a man turned up, armed with a can of air-freshener!

Comfortable room, spacious even with extra bed. Provision for extra child v good, robe, towel etc. staff were very friendly and helpful.
Kitchen closed at 9.45pm, which meant a very small room service option

The hotel has an excellent location, and is the main positive aspect of the hotel. You can easily access the beach. The staff were friendly. The breakfast is average.
Unfortunately we felt this did not feel like a 5 star hotel. It falls far short of the standard expected, particularly for how expensive it is. The entire hotel is out of date and needs serious renovations. Given the current look and feel of the hotel, it feels more like 3 or 4 stars, compared to other Sofitel hotels we have stayed in. I would not stay here again.
