Location was excellent, decoration and presentation of rooms and common spaces was very good. Excellent customer service from the staff.
Some small touches missing from the room - little side tables were needed next to the bed, a small coffee maker would have been a nice touch.

An exquisite little jewel of a hotel right in the heart of Biarritz, next door to the beautiful cathedral and one minute from the ocean, where walking is fantastic. The hotel is situated right on a charming plaza where cafes invite all-day lingering under umbrellas. The decor is beachy, whimsical and the sumptuous breakfast buffet without compare. This light, bright, colorful hotel is staffed by THE most welcoming, helpful, cheerful, delightful people, who make sure your stay is as happy as can be.

Lovely location, good room size
The room smelt very moldy and was very dark. The hotel was attached to a brasserie which is fine but just make the lobby very small. I did no rate the staff, they where rude
