The room was excellent - very comfortable beds and pillows. Great bathroom and shower. Excellent location for airport and train into town was ok.
Meal service in the restaurant was terrible. We had booked a table and were shown to it and menus delivered. Our order was taken reasonably promptly and drinks brought out but we waited 45 minutes for our soup - and several groups who arrived after us received their meals before our soup appeared. We had to ask twice where it was. They didn’t charge us for drinks in compensation but that service was not at all up to standard.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent with many options and good quality. And it was convenient for flyers making an overnight connection as it is located in the airport.
The cost was egregious, attributable to being the only on-site hotel at an international airport where people like us had to make an overnight connection. Earlier in the month, we stayed in an equally nice hotel downtown in Munich -- 45 minutes away -- for one-third the cost. There was also a long wait to check in, with only two staff at the reception desk, the hotel reportedly fully booked for the night and many planes arriving.
