My room was located off the main road, so it was a bit noisy when the window was open

The staff was amazing, always available. Multiple public transport connections nearby.

Everything was perfect and we were very comfortable. But there was not much space in the room for clothes and to put our things.

Nice room, spacey with a lott of surfaces to place stuff.. Nice staff. Cozy backyard. OK breakfast. Placed in a naberhood with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Close to comutes. Felt safe.

The carpet in the rooms could use a deepclean or just a change to wooden flors. Easier to clean. The room could use a water boiler and some tea to feel more welcoming.

- staff was responsive and helped us quickly and nicely when something was not as booked - the coffee at breakfast was great - in principle the location is decent, and if you manage to catch a room to the courtyard I reckon that it should be quiet at night, too

- room was facing the street and rather loud at night, one could hear the blaring of the ambulances and police very clearly - in the bathroom there was a nasty perfume smell, which did not vanish over time at all - there was mold on the windows and one of the blinds was broken - the elevator does not go to all levels, hence one has to walk quite a bit of stairs to reach ones room. Rather difficult with a tram or heavy luggage
