Burghotel

Absolutely charming, historic hotel. The kind gentleman innkeeper permitted us to check in much earlier than the listed arrival time as our room was ready. The quaintness and ambiance of this hotel is exactly what you would hope for when staying in fairytale-like Rothenburg. The room was very clean. The hotel is in a quiet location and the view from the breakfast room is stunning. In the basement of the hotel is finished area where we sat and enjoyed a bottle of wine.

Nothing. It was perfect.

So beautiful. Decorated in German Bavaria style. Fantastic breakfast served in German Porcelain.

Nothing

The hosts were exceptional people and the property was clean, cozy, idealistic and a favorite for our further travels.

This was my second visit to Hotel Burg. The room and view was superb. The breakfast room is well located in the hotel with fabulous views over the valley and the staff were both friendly and helpful. There was a well stocked breakfast choice and it was nice to see Otto each morning greeting you. My only regret is that I wish I had discovered such a lovely hotel years ago for myself and my friends to visit. It was also a bonus to have garaged parking. A rare luxury in such an old town. We have already booked for next year.
