Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection

Junior suite was excellent in terms of size and comfort. Breakfast was superb & the staff were suitably attentive without being in your face. Location is exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel in such as beautiful city.

Fire alarm during the night, but it was handled very efficiently. No real issues.

The room was perfect. The location in the center of Berlin could not have been better...easy walk to essentially everything we wanted to see. I want to give special mention to Ben (I think that was his name) at the front desk. We had just flewn overnight and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am. Although our room wasn't yet available, he arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast and then texted me when our room was available a couple of hours later. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful, but Ben went over and above to help us.

Excellent location in central Berlin.
