Great location, friendly staff, large and comfortable room
Rooms are outdated and need some attention, bathroom curtains were old and need replacement, anti slippery mat is necessary in the bathtub for safety reasons, as a 5 star hotel slippers should be provided. I stayed at this hotel before and have the feeling that it is on the decline.

The location is amazing and the reception upgraded my reservation
There is no soundproof, we were at floor 11 and I could still hear the street noise, the room service is not really good, we waited for one day to get two slippers

Parking is cost extra 10$ per day . It should be included.
Checking in was very slow.
The windows is not sounds approved. Even I am in 14th floor still I can hear music from the street and the winds .
