We had a very nice stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our experience. A special thank you to Yara, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist us with a smile. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our experience even better. Thank you, Elite, for making our stay so pleasant!

Comfortable and spacious. Well maintained 7th floor room. View of the ocean was really nice.
Depends on the room you’re in, the cleanliness and conditions the room varies a lot. One of the rooms on the 3rd floor (room 304) had a lot of carpet stains and smelled like smoke but Dilane offered me a much better room afterwards. Much cleaner and in great condition, well maintained on the 7th floor. (708). 10/10 for the room on the 7th floor. 5/10 for the 3rd. floor. Make sure to speak to Dilane , she’s extremely helpful.

We liked the location that its close to everything.
They should be more generous when it comes to providing utilities when requested, also they should work on the cleanliness of the rooms.
