Hotel Elisabeth, 4 Sterne Superior

As soon as you walk in the lobby, you know this place offers you the best! Great welcoming at the desk, very inviting interiors where you can sip from your welcoming drink. Very clean and tidy room. Breakfast and diner we're superb.

This hotel is huge! We opted for a room with a separate sleeping room, unfortunately this room was at a very poor location. We had a terrace but the views gave out to the bedrooms of the opposite block. No mountains to gaze on in the morning :-( or look at the stars at night. The food was outstanding, only for one night we had to get everything from the buffet, many dishes we're empty and/or cold. With a total spending of about 400 euro per night, including diner, we expected a time to remember for a lifetime as we believe most of the visitors would expect. The discomfort of our room, where we spend a lot of time, left us unfortunately disappointed.

We looked for a good spa hotel with half bord, in that aspect it was very good. clean, comfort , friendly, good service , good food . every demand we had was fulfilled efficiently and quickly .

Although food was very tasty, the portion was extremely small, there were no air-condition in the hotel. the room towels were not big enough and not gentle for a hotel at this level, price of cold drink is quite expensive.

We booked including dinner at Booking and the service provided was without dinner because of a poor alignment between Booking and the hotel.
