I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. My room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view from my balcony. There was a good selection at breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
There was nothing I didn't like, I wouldn't change anything.

Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The location and views were amazing. ALL the staff were so friendly the lake view rooms are worth paying extra for.

It’s older facility, however very good maintained and very clean. Localisation and views are astonishing, lake and mountain’s with view for mount Pilatus.
Breakfast was standard, however very fresh and good quality.
Very helpful and nice stuff.
It’s personal feeling but pillows and mattress weren’t great

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The views from our room are what sold the location. They were breathtaking.
The only thing I didn't care for was the pillows, just too soft for my personal liking.
