LOCATION IN CENTER OF Bologna , our room was clean, comfortable, spacious . WE LIKE IT

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Honey comb at breakfast was a nice touch. The room was serviced beautifully each day.

Breakfast was varied but too much emphasis on sugary foods/ cake/biscuits. Better quality bread/local bakery bread would have been nicer than super market bread plus more in the way of whole fresh fruit/ bigger pieces of fruit not tiny chopped bits. Plates were very small. Table tops small. Uncomfortable banquette seats too low for the table. Tables too close together. Cramped seating. The bedroom although very clean and spacious was very dark in decor and under lit with no specific bright lighting for using the mirrors in both bedroom and bathroom. Hanging space didn't allow for longer dresses. More drawer space would have been helpful. Bedside tables very small with no shelf/drawer. Work top under mirror too narrow especially for those who liked to use their own hairdryer. Bathroom and shower good size but drain in shower continued to smell after complaining and being dealt with. No hooks to hang dressing gown/clothes/ towels etc in bathroom. A shelf under the sink would have been useful to put wash bags when not in use. Pillows very flat and hard.
