Quite inside. Air conditioned. Excellent location. Taxis, Buses, Metro all within 5mins walks. Close to local cuisine and site seeing.

Rooms are large and has the ambiance of a time gone. Fantastic marble floors - especially when it’s hot outside!

The location for the hotel is brilliant as it’s opposite the Vatican museums. The ONLY thing other than location saving it was an absolutely amazing front desk lady (dark haired with glasses). She was so very helpful and helped us out loads with a map etc.
The hotel is old, tired and looks like it hasn’t been updated dance the 1500’s! No iron (no where in the hotel!), no blankets, dark in the room (perhaps they’re trying to hide the room!). The shampoo/bathroom was hilarious. Some questionable looking brown gel in a bottle with a big printout sign on it. Overall not what we paid for.
