Easy to find. Get off at Ca Granda metro and it's short walk from there. Staff helpful. Room clean. Coffee making, snacks available in the foyer / entrance area. . A bar also on site. The hotel was fairly quiet throughout the night. For the money not bad at all :-)

A little out of the way from the action. A few metro stops away. Very basic amenities provided. Breakfast plentiful but limited in choice. Toilet cistern noisy and prolonged (ie not working very well}.

The stuff were very well coming, the location was comfortable near metro and tram lines.

There was no kettle in the room

24/7 desk reception, very courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast is cheap, diverse and easy to book. Snacks and coffee are available to buy all day. The room was pretty comfy and nice enough for short stays. Dark curtains, good for sleeping in. The room was acomodated for disabilities and key-card door made us feel safe. Good location, close to metro and just a short bus drive from Milano Centrale.

The room had absolutely no surface for hanging towels, not even a single hook, so we had to ask for fresh ones pretty quickly. We couldn't get the tv to work. There was an electric socket (without a cover!) on the back wall of the shower, absolutely mind blowing... The shower curtain was starting to mold and let the water out all over the floor. One of the elevators was broken during our whole stay, the other one had broken buttons and was working in a jittery manner, not a nice experience for claustophobics... The hostel is overall okay, but could use some regular maintenance and be a little more user experience friendly.
