It was extremely clean, bedroom very big and comfortable (we were on the 5th floor). Just a 1 minute walk from the tube station so very accessible to Milan Centre within 20 minutes.
The gentleman on Reception on check in was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Did not tell us anything about the amenities. Couldn’t or wouldn’t tell us what the card payment was for. We only found out on check out it was the bedroom tax. Disappointing when the rest of the hotel was so great.

Great location if you don’t want to be in the city but have quick access to the city via metro.
A little overpriced for what you are paying especially that nearby hotels are half the price. The room I stayed in was a suite but had absolutely no view. Staff were friendly and location was convenient though.

This hotel has a classy feel. Great concierge service. A late night bar. And quiet. My booking with booking.com was just for one night; but my Italian tour started from this venue so I spent another 2 nights here. Big room with plenty of space
I would have preferred it to be handy to the above ground rail network. But it was handy to the Milan Metro underground. Drinks and food at the bar were not cheap
