This place is amazing. The two sisters that run this place are some of the most caring people. They really put their heart and soul into this place. The view off your balcony is beautiful rugged beach with sometimes crashing waves. The roof top honor bar is lovely. We arrived late our first night at 10;00. with no supper. Sabrina made us a cheese and bread plate with wine and brought to our room. She sat down with us the next morning to help us understand the bus line so we would not have to get our car. Breakfast is delicious with lots of savory flaky items. This was our favorite place in Sicily !!!

This is a simply magnificent property literally protruding out over the Ionian Sea! Every morning we would get up and walk dowstairs straight into the sea. Magnifique! The owners, Claudia and Sabrina, could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable beyond our wildest dreams. Listening to the sea crashing against the rocks is surprisingly better than counting sheep! Quite simply the best property we have ever stayed in. Thank you from Karen and Paddy

The only slight negative is the price you pay for proximity to the sea is that the walk to ortigia is 20 minutes or so, but a price well worth paying for the best property in the region

It was a boutique hotel with so much care to little details that made it even more special. The views of the ocean from the room is spectacular. family run business that takes care of you like family.
