The location of the hotel is fantastic for accessing the old town with its bars, restaurants and shopping. It's also near to the city parks which are really pleasant. Our room had fantastic views over the town and hills in the background,
There is nothing really to fault other the general ageing of the building. We have stayed at the hotel a few times over the last 15 years and have always found it a relaxing and pleasant. Having parking available is an added bonus.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel. The staff are consistently fantastic . The breakfast and breakfast service is amazing. The room upgrade was a lovely surprise, thank you.
Nothing. Each stay continues to be better and we are already planning our return.

Pool wasn’t available due to time of year.
We were on the 8th floor and the window was able to open wide so a huge safety concern.
Dated decor.
Had two coffee sachets in the room. We asked for more for the second day as they hadn’t been filled up and were told no we were only entitled to two for the first day !!! The receptionist was apologetic and explained it wasn’t his rule. We wouldn’t come back.
