Hotel Blanca de Navarra

The staff were all very kind. The hotel is located close to the university, walking distance. The hotel was fine overall, but at this price point, the facilities and service felt underwhelming and not particularly good value for money.

For a hotel costing around €130 per night, I expected a little more. The room felt very basic, with no water kettle, coffee/tea facilities, or complimentary water replenished during daily cleaning. Even some cheaper hotels I have stayed in offer these basics. The breakfast was good but disappointing, with essentially the same selection each morning. The hotel was fine overall, but at this price point, the facilities and service felt underwhelming and not particularly good value for money.

Location, friendly staff, modern and clean

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and modern It was a 30 minute walk into town were majority of the restaurants are located. We did find a nice square 5 minutes away in a beautiful park called Yamaguchi with quite a few really nice restaurants and a good vibe. It was festival time so the atmosphere was very good. Parking was underground and very easy to use.
