Kydon The Heart City Hotel

One of the best hotels where we have stayed. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. This includes front desk, restaurant / bar, parking, and cleaning. Our room was modern, comfortable, and with a nice view. The location was convenient for walking to the old town and harbour, with car parking on site. Breakfast was excellent and served in a nice setting. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant and found the food to be tasty, well served, and good value. We will absolutely come back.

We had a small problem with the shower not sealing and water leaking on to the floor.

The property is good And central if you can stand the noise outside as there is a lot of traffic being on the main road

1. No parking facilities, but the hotel provides a valet service but it comes at a price which I think for hotel customers they should waiver .. 2. Bed and pillows need to be looked at as the bed is not comfortable and collapses in the middle and the pillows are rock hard . 3. The hotel restaurant should be available from 12 lunchtime for customers that want to eat in as on Sundays especially there is not much choice as many restaurants are closed for lunch in town
