The property was very unique.
A little way out of town.

Very easy to find, so close to The Uplands, great bars and restaurants.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable, we both slept really well.

The room, the bathroom, the way the room was decorated/furnished, the suggestions of the owner about visiting places, the discount at the restaurant (and the food itself)
More availability of parking spaces
