Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel

It was a very cute , professional , clean and beautiful otel , thanks for everyone they ere so helpful, Also it is very close to paddington station , and hotel is in a very beautfiul place next time i will choose again

This hotel is in a great location for travel via Paddington station and is walking distance to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and the canals behind Paddington station. I think it is good value for London. My room was as described on the website: very comfortable, clean, well designed with a surprising amount of storage space, and an attractive and practical ensuite. The reception team members were all welcoming, pleasant and helpful, and I was grateful to receive a complimentary breakfast on my first day, in addition to the items in the mini bar. I was also able to store my luggage at the hotel for a few hours prior to check in and after check out, which was very convenient.

I have no adverse feedback.

Good sized room, excellent breakfast options. Bar fridge top ups are great

Location was good. Staff were friendly

Rooms were tiny. Our bathroom was clogged and had an awful smell. Moved rooms to sister hotel where room was slightly bigger but still small. The hotel was also right next to Paddington station so you could hear every train going past.
