Full english Breakfast was not nice could be better and for £12.50 latte cappuccino etc should be free with paid Breakfast.

Location was fine The bathroom products were nice and there was a TV and bath, albeit a small bath. The two young staff ladies and the restaurant man were lush

I asked for a quiet room and they did put me far from the lobby but I got woken up at 1030pm when I was a bit ill and it left me much more ill. It was a big bang and people coming past the room and banging doors. It basically meant I was much more ill for the weekend then and couldn’t attend the thing I was in Wales for. There were over 220 rooms in the hotel. There were about 15 guests that night. I reckon they could have put me in my own little quiet corner. I had ear plugs in and a brown noise machine and still got woken up 😩 There was also black hairs all over my bedroom floor. I asked to borrow the hoover and the lovely young receptionist offered to do it. It wasn’t her fault but it was absolutely gross that they couldn’t sort that before I arrived. Also, it’s a shame solo travellers don’t get a discount. It was still £94 for the room alone and £12.50 for the breakfast (the eggs were more like scrambled milk than scrambled eggs and pretty sure the woman did them in the microwave. Gross). Bland and basically just milk. Not how eggs should be cooked.
