Staff were very friendly and obliging. Especially room service. Dinner in the restaurant was very, very good. Great location

Room was okay, but felt a bit old and musty. For eg. Lots of condensation on windows, etc. Breakfast quality was good, but prefer a buffet. Breakfast value for money was just OK

Breakfast was lovely, fresh tasty food used. The staff were all so friendly. We had a mishap with the shower but it was seen to immediately.

The lift was very old and the stairs into the building were a bit difficult for me, however I managed just fine.

After having such a wonderful stay here last year, we booked again and were not disappointed. The staff, some of which we recognised from June 2025, were so polite and welcoming even to our little dog. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable with everything that we needed. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening, where our dog was also welcome, and the food was exquisite. My husband was so impressed with the malt vinegar jam on his fish. Breakfast was also good, such a huge variety of cereals, fruit juices, porridge. Then you get to chose your cooked breakfast, I had Eggs Royale one day and scrambled eggs the next whilst my hubby had Imperial full breakfast. They even offered a sausage for my dog. I also had a warm croissant. We will definitely be back again next year
