Amazing staff who could not do enough for you...I'm a wheelchair user and hotels can be a challenge, I was made to feel like a VIP instead of an inconvenience.... highly recommend
If I have to pick a fault, the evening meal in the restaurant was not as good as we were expecting.

Great location. Warm friendly staff. Great, tasty food with a decent selection for room service. Great pool facilities!
Bed moved every time you sat/lay down or so much as looked at it. It was a double - barely though. And the pillows were so flat you had to put all 4 together to have 1 decent one. Parking is very limited too. That’s the only two negative things I could say about the place .

The building and communal areas were very well presented. The foyer, seating areas and bar were very attractive. The hotel was perfectly situated for us.
Our room was drab and need of redecoration. The arm chair was badly stained, the table was water damaged. The room did not include charging ports for IT equipment which surprised me. The fridge and drinks area were badly designed, the fridge door could not be opened whilst the tea and coffee shelf was extended. The fridge door was difficult to open due to it’s placement within a tight timber casing. Some staff were sullen. The layout of the hotel was confusing.
