Great location in central Bath. Close to transport, restaurants and tourist attractions. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Pleasant and efficient staff. Warmly greeted at checkin. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Outstanding service from man who worked in the bar. Fabulous location - across the road from station and only 5 min walk into town centre. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
Disappointed the lift was not working. Going on other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue and if you have heavy luggage it will be a problem. I was only on the first floor, but after a long day of walking I would have appreciated the lift. If it wasn’t for the lift not working I would have awarded this property outstanding on all points.

Great location across the street from the train station and walking distance to the Roman Baths. We were happy to be able to arrange an early check-in since we'd come to Bath with a tour that ended there and we needed to drop off our luggage before continuing with Bath's amazing sight-seeing.
It was all good! However, there was some construction work happening in the nearby streets - not the hotel's fault!

The main reason to book at this hotel is for the location (across the street from the train station). If you have an early morning train, it's very convenient. Also, Tim at the hotel desk is wonderful, very friendly and offers suggestions for restaurants, sights, etc.
Room was tiny, bed was not that comfortable. I have stayed there before, so I knew that going in. Just don't plan on spending much time in the room.
