Location in particular is splendid. Very pleasant reception. Room was everything I required. Good breakfast.

Great location to the city centre, staff very attentive & keen to be seen helpful. Very comfortable bed & breakfast buffet was very good selection.
There was poor decoration on the ceiling (peeling paint) above the bed and for the price of the room expected more.
The parking for the hotel although directly under didn’t have a lift from car park directly into the hotel and with a disability it was difficult & long way to access & £18 per night additional
Our room had an annoying constant drip from the shower head and went on throughout the night along with the vent system in the bathroom with nowhere to isolate it.
