A lovely hotel that we have stayed in on a number of occasions. This was our wedding anniversary and we were there for the Jane Austen festival.
We particularly like the heated outdoor pool. The staff were helpful.
Breakfast seemed very expensive so we ate in town instead.

Location and facilities
Breakfast was disappointing for the level of the hotel , wanted to stay another night but the rate was far to high in comparison to what I’d already paid for my stay, the day we left surprise surprise the price had dropped, why couldn’t they offer me this in the first place, lost business isn’t going to help the profits or encourage me to book again

It was absolutely beautiful from the outside but the inside has seen better days in desperate need of a refurb
Very run down internally and prices aimed at tourist with high prices but the quality isn’t there
