Beautiful venue.

A lack of care and attention from some of the staff. The heat wasn't working in our section of the hotel and there was not willingness to do much about that. Bar and dinner staff were very lax. Breakfast staff were great.

Very overpriced with misleading description - no sea view or sounds as that’s a walk away with steep/uneven access. The expensive junior suite was right at the back through numerous and noisy fire doors, totally unsuitable for people with access limitations. Stained and scratched desk, flies in ceiling lights, many chips on paintwork, mould on shower seals. Standard double bed - not large. View of building works - with no warning or compensation. Food was OK but also very overpriced. Sea too far away to be seen or heard from hotel. Service charge applied even if you buy a drink from the bar and carry it yourself!
