Staff went above and beyond to be helpful.
Would like a hot tub with the pool

Location, tariff, friendly reception staff
Felt that shower base needed a good clean, also suggest providing toilet brush in bathroom

Our room was spacious, spotless & well laid out. The bed was very comfortable & the view out over the city was excellent. My wife & I love the location as there is a tram stop right outside the hotel & this gives fast & easy access to all part of the city.
Nothing.

Convenient to shops and right in the city
Not sure why they bother having a window as the view from the window is a massive plain cement wall
