We recently spent 4 nights here and loved every minute of our stay. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious with high ceilings, the location was great to explore the city and within walking distance of the MCG. Will definitely stay here again

We have stayed at this location previously and it is very handy to Federation Square and tour buses. We can walk to anywhere in the CBD and catch the free trams if we like. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. It is a short walk to cafes, Chinatown and IGA or Coles. The apartment is roomy and includes a washer and dryer.
You have to haul your luggage up a couple of steps out front, which may be an issue for older guests. The single lift inside is "leisurely", but okay. There are some maintenance issues which require attention, and things are starting to look tired and worn. In addition, there seemed to be more nightclubs or music venues around the apartments than we remember. This made it difficult to get to sleep before they wound down. There are also trucks emptying bins in the early morning. Unfortunately these things mean we are unlikely to stay here again.
