big hotel, loads of amenities, great location, quick service and helpful staff. solid breakfast

We had booked 2 suites with 2 bedrooms each. One came with 2 bathrooms but the other one only came with one toilet and a separate shower, so only one bathroom really which is not enough for 4 people…may be don’t sell this room for the same amount you do other suites that have 2 bathrooms as advertised. Some of us had massages and they were great but I did the pre-natal one and it really wasn’t worth it, you might wish to look into improving it and offering different options for the massage.

Great playroom with an evening kids club. Nice swimming pools for everyone: babies, kids, adults, water slides. Mountain view from the pools. Spacious rooms.

A mountain vew room on the 2nd floor in doesn't have it, because of the trees. The food at the hotel isn't bad, but in my opinion, it doesn't measure up to a five-star standard.

It’s a great hotel. Our suit was top notch. Clean and spacious, with a balcony. We booked half-board and the food was marvellous. Free parking is available at the hotel outdoors parking lot or at the street in front (at least in September).The staff was nice and welcoming. A complementary plate with fruits was brought to the suit + an early check-in was allowed. The wellness service is great. I was almost to forget … the cats in the garden are adorable :)

The pool is a little bit small

The room was lovely and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The food was also delicious - the restaurant is buffet style and the dinner especially was delicious.

We felt like the hotel listing misled us - the outdoor pool with the fabulous looking slide wasn't available while we were there and their spa resort is 7km away. We all got sick from the indoor pool though the staff denied it was possible - something in the chemical mix changed while we were there, as on the second day we all started sneezing and coughing after we entered the indoor jacuzzi pool. They didn't deal with the situation appropriately and we couldn't use the facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel as we have young kids. It was really disappointing given what we paid for a luxurious family break.
