The facility is nice, the personnel is oriented to hospitality.
The rooming manager is the worst point of the hotel. The cleaning personnel let their cart with towels, amenities and other cleaning stuff near the entrance of my room. The cleaning process commence at 08.00 AM and finish at 04.00 PM. On Wednesday (the 3rd day of accommodation) it was supposed to have the bed linen changed. Never happened. I was at front desk to submit a complaint. At 04.00 PM a cleaning personnel knock at my door to clean the room and change the linen. I refuse it because I was in the bed.

Good location, with lush garden + bunnies, great breakfast, warm pools and jacuzzi.
The room was not as clean as it should have been. We found balls if hair near the drain of the shower. The air conditioning was also hard to work out.

Massages are not great- needs big improvement as the price is relatively high.
Restaurant is a bit on pricier side-though service is excellent.

Racist staff member welcomed us. He said hello where are you from, and after telling our country, he frowned, stopped talking to us and went away.
Also, we bought new years eve tickets for the buffet, which also had a “welcome cocktail” included. Turns out there was no cocktail, and when we asked the person responsible they kust said no, heres some soft drinks. We paid 110eur wach for this buffet and this was very unexpected
