The staff was very nice, they allowed us to check out later. The outside pool area is lovely. Nice little bonuses such as free water every day and body lotion in the bathroom.
The vibe is not of a five star resort. A bit overpriced for what they have to offer. The food could be better. A bit far from the city centre and the lift.

Everything was excellent! Quiet, clean, close to city center. Spacious parking. Staff was very very nice! Excellent indoor pools and a good variety of choices for breakfast.

+ Super cool staff in the lobby
+ Nice and clean spa with various facilities
+ Fitness zone which is not big, but enough to meet my daily workout routine
+ Clean and comfortable room
+ Big parking lot
The staff in the hotel's restaurant is a bit chaotic and needs skill improvements. Also one of the orders was wrong and the waiter didn't care a lot about it

During our stay, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant - they were all excellent. The spa was as expected - nice facilities, clean and inviting. The massages we had were average, not great.
The staff gave us a feeling as if we were always doing something wrong, they charged us for things in the minibar we purposfully avoided, and then they acted as if they were doing us a personal favour when they removed those from the bill, and then accidantly added it to the bill again. We ran into staff members that didn't talk English and took orders from us, and when the orders came out wrong, they made faces that made us feel as if some disaster happened and it was our fault.
