My wife and I stayed overnight in Gardenia Park Hotel on our road trip through Bulgaria. The hotel is well located close to the center of town, and free parking is available just 100m from the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast the next morning was excellent. Overall good value for money and an enjoyable experience.
As we were traveling out of season (October), the restaurant was closed and also the sauna facilities closed early.

Breakfast was very nice. The dinner was also buffet and quite fine , just 16 eur and very good value for money. The kids enjoyed the games there - jaggy, billiards, ice holey, tennis table. Very good sauna and steaming rooms, pool was not so big but OK. Only one thing that needs improvement: the jacuzzi could be also warmer but as it is linked to the pool, I guess that is not feasible. All in all: very good value for the price!
Jacuzzi could be hot, however, it is the same temperature as the pool. Rooms are too small and there was no balcony at s deluxe room. In general I would not call this hotel a 4-tar hotel, but I still like it a lot, very cozy, great personnel and good value for money.

The location is good and it’s a quick drive from the hotel to all the lifts and trailheads in the area. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants close to the hotel as well. The breakfast and dinner were quite good with a fair amount of options to choose from. The steam room and sauna were good.
The room wasn’t that comfortable - it was noisy and the windows were very small and high up (even though we were on the third floor), which made the room feel gloomy and dark.
The water in the pool was cold, though that seems to be a characteristic of Bansko pools. The hot tub was not working.
There’s only a few dedicated parking spots for which you have to pay and the rest of the parking in the area is in a paid zone. There are free parking spots but they are further from the hotel.

Staff very nice, answered questions, good serving and cleaning all the time the restaurant area.
Room was clean, but few things bad, as the carpet stained, bathroom tiles falling off, squeaky beds, no balcony, only a rabatabile window, had to use air-conditioner at all times. The terrace was ok but the insects not removed from the ceiling drapes, looked like deserted yard.
