Our tv didn’t work Complimentary water would of been nice No visible price list for mini bar. The lifts were glitching and we were stuck waiting for a while.

We paid approximately $4,000 for a five-night stay in a loft room and, unfortunately, the experience did not come close to matching the price or our expectations. We arrived at around 1pm and were told the room was not yet ready, but that we would receive a phone call as soon as it became available. By 4pm, we still hadn’t heard anything, so we returned to the hotel ourselves, only to be told that the room was ready. It was disappointing that no one had contacted us as promised. For a stay at this price point, we were also surprised that breakfast was an additional cost and that even basic bottled water in the room was not complimentary. The room itself felt tired and in need of refurbishment. Much of the furniture had noticeable chips and wear, and the lounge area was not particularly functional or inviting. After seeing photos of other loft rooms, ours felt significantly below the standard we had expected. Overall, for the amount we paid, the experience was a real let-down and did not feel like good value for money.
