Excellent location
Friendly and helpful staff when they’re present.
Apartment has good amenities
Quality of towels.. sofa stained in some areas. Staff not always there so often couldn’t get my questions or room issues sorted for long.

Fantastic location and views of the city! Lots of places to eat, close to transport and all things fun in Melbourne. Great amenities and excellent water pressure in the shower!
Only having 1 lift tag per room.

Location ideal, bedding suited the needs for family. Seemed well equipped.
It is a high use high turnover environment, property looked tired and felt a bit dirty at times, rubbish including old baby pacifier found in cupboard. Dish drawer non operational funny sign to ask house keeping to do our dishes!! TV signal atrocious unable to watch any local network TV, streaming services appeared operational but we did not use. Some of the bed adjacent light/USB/magsafe chargers didnt work also.
