Location, good price and cleanliness.
The breakfast and food offering really lets this hotel down. Breakfast very basic in very basic surroundings. Overcooked sausages. Not much fresh fruit.

Bed was uncomfortable to sleep in was very hard

One teaspoon and it was dirty.
When leaving with 3 dogs the main door mat was being vacuumed and the operator didn't switch it off but told us to pass by. This was scarey for the dogs and slightly rude, I appreciate the cleaning has to be done at some point but switching off just while someone passes by would be preferable to me.

Staff were polite, breakfast and area good.
Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Room noisy due having to have windows open as room was hot for some reason the heating was off. There was a fan provided.
