Rose Court Hotel

The hotel is in a prime location, bed was comfy! We booked a triple room and had 2 singles and a double, a bathroom with a bath and shower. It was dated but I had no issues at all with sleeping. The l8ght had a fan attached to it too which helped circulate the air

Hotel was a fantastic location to Hyde Park. Staff were all amazing. The room was on the ground floor.

Could do with a little updating.

Good size of room, easy to find, close to tube. Beds comfortable. Very quiet despite sleeping with the window open- nearly no noise from the outside.

Extremely hot with no fan in the room.

The room was clean and there was very little noise. The location was convenient, although the online description stating it was " 5 minutes from Paddington station" is misleading, as that is driving distance, rather than walking distance (about 20-25 min walk).

As other guests have pointed out in review, the stairs were very steep and the lift didn't look safe to use. Basic things were missed in the room, including towels and toilet paper. There was no in room phone so each time I discovered a missing item I had to go all the way down to reception to request the item. Having even basic conversations with the reception staff was challenging, as a few of the staff seemed to only speak very basic English. The room was quite warm, so I had to have the windows open the whole time, as there was no air-conditioning (only a ceiling fan that looked like it would fall from the ceiling if I turned it on).
