Great location, few mins walk from Baker St underground. Also very close to Regents Park and Primrose Hill. Nice restaurants, pubs and Cafes nearby.

Tiny lift, one pers at a time !

After a tricky situation on night one (more info below), our new room was spacious, with lovely big windows, a nice view and great AC. Bathroom and closet was solid, and the slightly larger room included a desk area. The really important element of this hotel is its location (close to plenty of shops and restaurants) and proximity to the underground - perfect for our short getaway with a lot of sightseeing to be done. We had a fun stay.

On night one, our third floor room had no working AC, no fan, and a heated towel rack that wouldn’t turn off. Given the heat in London the past few weeks, this was a pretty gnarly first evening. After trying to figure out the situation for a while ourselves, I messaged the property manager and he was very responsive, replying right away and sorting our situation very quickly by moving us to a larger room with working AC on the second floor. No problems thereafter - though the bed was a bit cramped and less than comfortable for my 6ft2 husband.

The place had great transport links , very central. It was clean had everything we needed as well as being air conditioned so overall a very pleasant experience

It was a large room. Helpful messaging and accommodating for my late arrival.

It's right on a very busy road and extremely noisy as it's not got double glazing or secondary glazing. The bed was a little uncomfortable. The safe didn't work. Other similar places I have stayed they made the bed / changed the towels everyday if needed, this was never done here.
