Lovely staff, nice comfortable rooms and a convenient location on a quiet street but close to transport links.
The walls between rooms are very thin so you can hear the other guests taking etc

The location was good for me as I was attending a conference nearby
There was no heating in the bathroom which made it very chilly. I imagine this could be a much bigger issue in the winter.
The heating in the room was tricky too. The radiator was hard to put on, took quite a long time to warm up and then seemed to be an “all or nothing” affair.
The room was small
At over £100 per night for room only I thought this was rather expensive.
