From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel very welcome. We weren’t due to get into our room but Temena at front desk helped us out and got us into our room by 12. Throughout the trip Temena couldn’t have done enough for her. A credit to the Belhaven Hotel - don’t underestimate her worth. She was excellent .
There was no downside to the hotel.

Perfect location for us and all the staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good and common areas of the hotel were nice. Our room was good though let down by a fairly dated en suite with a very noisy toilet.
Only an improved en suite facility

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. They really are a credit to the hotel. The location is on a lovely terrace in the West End of Glasgow so very handy for visiting students, or reunions.
The hotel is a touch dated and needs some attention.
