The only thing we weren’t over keen on was breakfast finished at 9 weekdays as was bit hit and miss. We didn’t see anywhere telling you you can order fried eggs cooked to order toast needs running bread through twice . Bacon Was nice . Hash browns were way overcooked possibly reheated . Staff were lovely
We weren’t aware that parking is now payable . Asked for a refund and received this quickly

The employees in the hotel were exceptional. Always smiley, chatty and happy to get things right. The food (dinner and breakfast was very good). I also used the pool and sauna which wasn't busy and was lovely for a little relaxing time! The rooms are OK, pretty basic but did the job.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the walls thin so you could hear next door but it wasn't so bad, I've had a lot worse! It was clean and fine for one night.

Gym facilities were excellent, staff were extremely helpful and moved my room immediately when I mentioned the noise from the external AC units.
Not allowed to use the punchbag unless in a class even though the studio was empty the majority of the day.
Charged extra on arrival for gym access, this is not clear when booking.
Room needed a refresh, first room was unbearably noise from the outside AC units, don’t stay in 169!
Had no lights in my room for 24 hours.
Woke up to no hot water one morning but this was hotel wide and fixed in a few hours.

Comfy bed, location
Standard of cleaning in our room was poor - very dusty in some areas and signs of grime. The room given was above the bar lounge area. It was very noisy, loud music and sounds of people partying. This disrupted our sleep.

"Great room, location was good as we were travelling and got straight onto the motorway. Had a lovely swim before dinner so had an appetite for the huge burgers after."
