Me and my daughter stayed for one night as a treat to ourselves. The Reception team were very attentive and made some last minute changes for us (which they weren’t obliged to do!). They have recently made some upgrades to the foyer and rooms and it looks lovely. Our bed was very comfy and although placed right near the M4 - we couldn’t hear a thing. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. Free parking.
Pizza in the restaurant was very tasty
The gym and pool were unavailable. I was made aware of this before I arrived, however as they are major facilities of the hotel, I would have expected some discount or restaurant credit

I didn’t take breakfast. Thought it was too expensive
Bar price’s are what I would expect in London.
Bar lacked atmosphere, as I was the only one there on a Friday evening
