Clean, pleasant, calm, the room had a good proportion

It was a little bit far away from good restaurants etc

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect right in the heart of the city yet tucked away in a quieter corner. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable and most major attractions were within walking distance.

I wasn’t entirely comfortable with the connecting door to the neighbouring room as I felt noise could travel through. However, the sliding door separating the bedroom from the bathroom and entrance area gave me a peace of mind.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean, comfortable and just a walk away from the metro. I enjoyed the breakfast however do wish they had an option to make fried eggs or omelettes. Overall, great hotel with friendly staff and will definitely stay there again

VJ on check out was very friendly and professional. If we had the same experience from other members of staff, this review would have a very different feel.

Check in wasn’t good at all. We arrived early and we were given room details, and told our room wasn’t ready, however they would email us to say when it was. We left our luggage and went into town. We waited for an email, I telephoned the hotel and had no reply, so left a message. At approximately 4.45pm ish we gave up and arrived at the hotel again. We said to the check in staff how we hadn’t been emailed to say our room was ready and could we please now have our room as it is now way past the 3pm check in time. We didn’t get an apology and was asked if we had any WiFi, they knew that I hadn’t even been sent the email. So not impressed at all. Although there was a great choice at breakfast, it was lukewarm warm at best, not good enough. Sorry.
