Everything about this property is top notch! From before the email before I arrived, assisted with a car service, recommendations for restaurants and everyone was amazingly friendly! Will be coming back and have already raved about my stay to all my friends!!

Staff was so helpful. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Beds comfortable. Had two bathrooms in the family room. Five of us stayed in the room comfortably. Location perfect for visiting sites in Westminster by foot and others by train.

St. Ermine’s is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are not big eaters and enjoyed a-la-carte breakfasts rather than the buffet and spent several evenings in the bar for a nightcap. The only complaint we had for our 6-night stay is a lack of shelf space in the bathroom and a lack of drawers in the bedroom.
