The room was very spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again
The only thing I would say needed improving in the room we had would be the TV. It was quite small and dated but still functional.

The art deco style decor is lovely and the room was very spacious. The staff were welcoming and attentive.
The room had a few maintenance issues - light bulbs required changing, the tv was not working properly and the bathroom floor was lifting up in places. We reported these issues as constructive criticism to the staff and understand that the hotel is undergoing a programme of improvements.

The room was massive and so comfortable. Bed was perfect, as was the shower.
Really, above all, Omar on reception made our stay great.
Very curious, chatty and helpful!
So hotel building works ongoing, so bar and restaurant were shut . We were only informed the week before which didn't give us any time to change our booking.
The toilet didn't flush, which we reported.
Overall we did love it despite the problems.

Central location, less than 5 minute walk to Piccadilly train station and eateries around Piccadilly Gardens.
The room was cold when we returned in the evening so we put the heating on, but this unfortunately kept us awake at night due to the constant noises it made. Also the floorboards could be heard if someone walked above you. The decor of the rooms didn’t make sense or fit with the style of the hotel. For example, the artwork felt like it was placed there without much thought.
