We like this hotel. Great location, clean, helpful staff, nice bar and comfortable beds.
It was a but noisy with the trams thundering by under the windows. I didn’t like the second floor and I wouldn’t have the breakfast again.

The location of the hotel and my room were perfect for one night.
I prefer stairs to lifts and took the opportunity to come down the stairs, however the first set did not lead to reception- i had to go along another floor to find the exit. This concerns me should there be a fire in the building.
Secondly, when I returned from my event I went to the bar to order a drink. The man that served me gave the impression that I (female) was an inconvenience and I felt awkward ordering my drink then having to pay at the PDQ. This is not the attitude I would have expected.
