The staff were incredible particularly Max at Reception, so keen to help us, he went above and beyond !
Everything was great and except the croissants , I would have liked better quality as from a bakery

We had a very spacious luxe room with high ceiling, air con, and good storage. The theme of Les Templiers was evident in the toile decor and French vibes. They kept us topped up with free water throughout our stay.
The shower on our en-suite had a step up to the cubicle, which wasn’t as issue for us but might be for a less mobile guest. And there wasn’t a desk in the room, as a writer this is something I always need and I booked by the picture on the website that showed a desk, so that was a bit annoying, otherwise it was a very pleasant room, with a big bathroom and a bath and shower.

Friendly and competent staff
Noisy airconditioning, doorstop door bathroom placed inconveniently and we explained more glamorous room.

Great location and the staff were really nice and helpful
Room was cramped. Breakfast was extremely over-priced - description no where near matched the reality and had we known, we wouldn’t have opted to take the breakfast. Very limited choice, quality of what was offered was sub standard.
