Breakfast was great—nice crepes and eggs and just when we asked for it to be made.
The stairs were steep and the staircase was curved, so not great to carry luggage up to the third floor. However, the owner did help to carry my big suitcase up and down.

The character of the hotel, the decor and facilities. The room was larger than expected and facilities included a large fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Very good value breakfast.
Nothing

Very close to the cathedral and city centre. Large, cheap car park nearby.
Nothing.

Its location was superb: very close to the superlative cathedral and excellent restaurants and other resources. It was quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. Our room was spacious and elegant in a seedy kind of way: very Belle Epoque!
